Stress, trauma, and oppressive systems can leave us feeling overwhelmed and powerless. Truly trauma-informed care is the opposite; it's steady, safe, deeply caring, and centers your voice and values.
We understand that our field has left out many voices and perspectives in the past. To stand against this, we take a conscious and intentional approach to how we apply psychological science in our work and offerings.

Our experiences don't happen in a vacuum. That's why we call out systems of patriarchy, capitalism, white supremacy and ableism that impact our lives and stories. Together we can name and notice how systems and messages are impacting your story, and uncover what fulfillment, joy, rest, and community look like for you.
We created the space we have wanted to see in so many ways at different points in our own growth and healing. We hope that means you will feel the ways you don't have to shrink, mask, or code-switch here. We want you to be able to know and trust that every part of you is welcome. To exhale, and enjoy the healing that comes from being seen and cared for in your full, unapologetic humanity.

This is a queer-, BIPOC-, AuDHD-, and woman-led practice. We believe that great care is also inclusive, anti-racist, decolonizing, and aware of systems and power dynamics around us and within us. That means we are are always learning, connecting, and doing our own work. We aren't here to pathologize being human. We honor your identities, embrace HAES, body and sex positivity, reproductive justice, and culturally humble care. And we're upfront about our values and our unshakeable belief that every single person is inherently worthy.
