Our experiences don't happen in a vacuum. That's why we call out systems of patriarchy, capitalism, white supremacy and ableism that impact our lives and stories. Feminist to the Bone

This is a queer-, BIPOC-, AuDHD-, and woman-led practice. We believe that great care is also inclusive, anti-racist, decolonizing, and aware of systems and power dynamics around us and within us. That means we are are always learning, connecting, and doing our own work. We aren't here to pathologize being human. We honor your identities, embrace HAES, body and sex positivity, reproductive justice, and culturally humble care. And we're upfront about our values and our unshakeable belief that every single person is inherently worthy.

We may not know each other yet, but there are some things I already sincerely believe about you.
First, I think that if you are looking for a therapist, that means that some part of you (however big or small) knows that you deserve care and support, and that maybe with support something could change. And I agree with that part of you. You absolutely do deserve thoughtful and sincere support. You deserve to feel truly seen and heard.

That being said, the process of finding the right therapist can be confusing and vulnerable even. Support for Parents and Parents-in-the-Making

We offer services designed to support cycle-breakers as you transition into parenthood or choose to take a more intentional approach to parenting.

Imagine how parenting could look if you had the support you need to:

✨break free from beliefs and patterns that are keeping you from creating the family life you want, and
✨develop new communication and interpersonal skills to help you build your "village" around parenting.

You can learn to work through your emotions in the moment so that you can be more thoughtful and less reactive towards your littles. You can also work on your own healing and identity.  I love working with fellow new and cycle-breaking parents to discover what parenthood can look like for you specifically.

Therapy Intensives for Accelerated Progress

Therapy intensives are designed for people who want to experience accelerated progress and transformative change.  

This evidence-based and deeply immersive care can include 2-5 hours of therapy in a single day. Rather than spreading sessions out across weeks and months, you can dive in and complete weeks or even months of care in a single weekend, for instance.

It can also involve more frequent sessions scheduled together. For instance, clients who are interested in a personal, intensive outpatient care plan (e.g., while on FMLA or mental health leave) may want to meet multiple times per week within a greater holistic plan to maximize on support during a particular period.

Anti-Oppressive & Affirming ADHD or Autism Assessment

Are you tired of rigid and pathologizing ADHD and Autism assessment? Would you like to uncover patterns in your thinking, work, and relationships and explore how these impact you as a person in context (e.g., as someone living in our society and culture)? 

If you want to try something different - something more responsive, culturally integrated, and radically affirming - I offer a new approach to psychological assessment.
