Many of us have are repeating patterns of stress and trauma in our work lives.  Maybe you carry beliefs about achievement that have you over-working and burning out. Support for Cycle-Breaking Parents

We offer services designed to support cycle-breakers as you transition into parenthood or choose to take a more intentional approach to parenting.

Imagine how parenting could look if you had the support you need to discover your values, break free from beliefs and patterns that are keeping you from creating the family life you want, and develop new communication and interpersonal skills to help you build your "village" around parenting. You can learn to work through your emotions in the moment so that you can be more thoughtful and less reactive towards your littles. You can also work on your own healing and identity.

Therapy Intensives or Accelerated Therapy

Therapy intensives are designed for people who want to experience accelerated progress and transformative change.

This evidence-based and deeply immersive care can include 2-5 hours of therapy in a single day. It can also involve more frequent sessions scheduled together. Rather than spreading sessions out across weeks and months, you can dive in and complete weeks or even months of care in a single weekend, for instance.

Anti-Oppressive & Affirming Assessment

Are you tired of rigid and pathologizing ADHD and Autism assessment? Would you like to uncover patterns in your thinking, work, and relationships and explore how these impact you as a person in context (e.g., as someone living in our society and culture)? 

If you want to try something different - something more responsive, culturally integrated, and radically affirming - I offer a new approach to psychological assessment. We'll weave in information from deep interviewing and testing, discuss your findings, and give you insights into how you can live more authentically and fully by working with rather than against yourself.
