Our assessments, therapy, and coaching aren’t about “fixing” you. Because you aren't broken. They’re about helping you finally understand your brain, honor your needs, and build systems that actually fit for you.

What Sets Our Work Apart
We are:
🧠Neurodivergent-led. Our work is guided by both professional expertise and lived experience.
🌿Liberatory, not pathologizing. We embrace neurodiversity and see ADHD and autistic folks as their full and worthy human selves. We seek to support joy, connection, and making good trouble for people of all brains and neurotypes.
🌈Identity-affirming. We are inclusive of fellow queer folks, and of the whole LGBTQ community. That includes advocating for and affirming the identities of trans, nonbinary, gender expansive, and agender folks. We also are inclusive of fellow BIPOC and multiply-marginalized folks. We love humans and the loveliness of human diversity here so we genuinely work to create inclusive, warm, and safe spaces and to stand against the harm that the field of assessment has contributed to in the past. It's a big ask but we're doing the work and we sincerely believe it makes a big difference.
🔍Evidence-based & trauma-informed. We blend feminist and decolonizing care, trauma-informed approaches to assessment and care, and a special interest in consciously applied neuroscience. If you want to nerd out on your brain together like it's fandom and fan theory, we are all about it. And if you want to know that we are integrating information from differing sources of data in an informed and conscious way, you can rest easy.

Maybe your social media algorithm seems to think you're "neurospicy" because you just keep seeing such relatable ADHD or autistic content. Maybe you've always wondered and now want to have some self understanding, self compassion, and tailored strategies for living your best life. Maybe your kid was just diagnosed and while reading their report you thought it all sounded like you too. Whatever the reason, you and I can sit down together, create a testing plan that fits your actual needs and questions, and dive in!

We'll start with a brief phone call to discuss your goals. If you and I feel my clinic is a good fit for your needs, we will schedule your first appointment.

In the first appointment, I will learn more about you through an in-depth interview. We will set a plan for your assessment together and determine if additional testing may be helpful. You will also be informed about the cost of such testing services up front so you can make informed decisions in your care.

We will complete agreed upon testing over the course of 1-3 appointments. We can approach this in a curious, collaborative and exploratory way. We personalize it to you and the things you want to learn about yourself.

We will meet for you feedback appointment. I take a therapeutic approach to assessment so I will take the time to talk through your results with you so that you can better understand yourself, what the findings can mean for your goals or treatment options, and give you information about resources available to you.
